1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Beamfy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by AtaForge Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Beamfy is an AI-powered vision assistant designed to help visually impaired individuals with real-time environmental awareness, text reading, navigation, and emergency features. The App uses artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, mobility training, or human assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Beamfy offers a 1-week free trial for all new users. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the App. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms. Subscription prices are: Premium Monthly at $4.99/month and Premium Yearly at $39.99/year ($3.33/month). When a trial or subscription expires, a paywall will be displayed automatically in the user's language (74 languages supported). You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure; (d) use the App to collect personal data of others without consent; (e) resell or redistribute the App or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by AtaForge Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated descriptions and navigation guidance are approximate and should not be solely relied upon for safety-critical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtaForge Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss of data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
